QuickBooks launched the Bank Feed and Accounting Agent in July 2025. To build on the innovation, we are testing a new tool for our most important partners. Group transactions by status of the requests for information

A new grouping option will allow you to view transactions in the bank transactions page by their "request for more information" status. Transactions are now neatly organized into: Requests: Waiting For Reply Requests: Reply Received Requests: Completed This will help you quickly review and manage responses.

Reviewed transactions are highlighted

Now, transactions you’ve marked as reviewed will be highlighted and easily filterable, so you can avoid duplicate work and focus on what’s next.

Reorder transaction columns

Bank cards display the number of new replies to the requests for information

You will soon see a count of new replies on your requests for more information, per bank account, directly within the bank transactions page. This will help you stay updated and respond promptly to client activity.

Sort transactions by status of the requests for information

Transaction Descriptions on Banking Page

It would be great if the descriptions added for individual lines on a journal entry could show on the banking page at a glance, with a setting you can toggle on/off. For example, for payroll journal entries there are sometimes multiple withdrawals from a bank account for taxes, direct deposit, and individual checks. I like to add check numbers to the description line for checks within the payroll journal entry. If this pulled over on the banking review page at a glance, it would improve efficiency greatly for matching those checks. Sometimes there are also checks for the same amount!
