Modern View of Reports

Modern view will prompt customers to save report every time. We understand there's feedback from accountants that you'd not want to save every single change - such as date filtering or display by certain attributes. We are working on modifying this experience. Please share your feedback.

Enable QBO Advanced and Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) users to export their Modern reports to Google Spreadsheets

Reports can currently be scheduled only as PDFs. Team has launched additional formats for CSV and Excel as well. Would love to hear feedback and thoughts.

In aging summary reports, clicking on the total in classic view allowed you to drill down into an aging detail report, but modern doesn't do anything when you click on the total.

Hello, accountants and experts! As you are aware we have been working on modern view for reports and for the key financial reports below, they open in Classic view with an option to 'Switch to Modern view'. Thanks for trying the modern view and sharing your feedback and observations. Here are some of the fixes we've made on the modern view based on the feedback received in the past few months: Honouring account number settings: Based on what you've chosen, modern reports now adhere to the setting and show you the account numbers if you've chosen to do so or not. Amount column renamed: We've renamed the "category/product/service amount" column to just "amount". We heard that the previous name was too long and made the view cluttered! Always displaying date selectors: We received feedback that the date selectors were missing in modern view and now we always show them so that you can quickly change the dates! Unpaid bills report: We heard that the "unpaid bills report" was not showing all the unpaid bills and we've fixed the issue so that the report populates all the data. Retained earnings in trial balance report: We heard that "retained earnings" was suddenly showing up at the top in the modern view and we've fixed that to how it used to display in the classic view. Export formulae to excel: When you export the report to excel, all the formulae are now exporting for your ready reference. Please note that this fix is being rolled out in a phased manner so you might/might not see this as of today. The Trial Balance report categories are not in COA order, and not even alphabetical. The order makes no sense - the Balance Sheet is on top alphabetically, then the P&L alphabetically, with RE, A/P, and A/R at the top. Please fix it to match the Classic View.

I've been using Modern Reports for a while now. I recall meeting with some PMs last year. I think they were based out of Israel Overall I'm very satisfied with them. I think the filtering is much better the original reports. I recently was able to create a report of unreconciled transactions by being able to chose 2 states (unreconciled and not cleared) I have also created Pivot reports
