Post link can't be seen on small monitors

I've had two different clients call support because "The Categorize button doesn't work". And Support didn't know! On small monitors with high resolution, users have no idea there's a Post link on the far right that they have to scroll to see.
And of course, that means that they HAVE to scroll left/right for every transaction.

I would just like to add to this that it isn't just small monitors, as I've just experienced it also. It doesn't help that the "My Apps" panel keeps opening, although I see no need for it, and I have to keep closing it in order to see the full screen. I have a nice size monitor too. It would be nice to have a setting to leave the 'My App' panel closed by default.
