On the new bank feed screen, I am only able to see four (4) transactions at a time without scrolling. Is there a solution?

Hi Eric... Out of the six companies that I know had the issue, only one had enough bank transactions to be able to check this. It looked good, so I am hoping all of the others will be fixed also. One of those times it was 'bad' to be all caught up with the bank feeds, lol.

Hello Becca Lambertson, thank you for sharing your feedback. The new bank feed has two scrollbars so that we can freeze the column headers on the transaction list (date, description, amount, etc.) — a longstanding request from accountants. If you're only seeing four transactions at a time, try scrolling the "outer" scrollbar (on the far-right) instead of the inner one. Like this:

Eric Foster Thank you so much for the quick, excellent feedback. I do see that, but it's not there if a client is on the old UI and the new bank feed. I suppose it will work out when all of my clients are on the new UI. Right now, it's really slowing down the transaction processing in the bank feed on those clients.
I do wish all of my clients were switched at the same time as the email said they would be -- there isn't even a way to opt them in so I can stop switching back and forth between UIs, and now I'm going to switch the clients on the old UI to the old bank feed so it will function better.
Getting dizzy, lol.

Hello Becca Lambertson, the double-scroll is available for all customers on the new bank feed. It doesn't matter whether you have the new QBO interface or not. The feature is specific to the bank feed, so it's independent of other changes in QuickBooks. If you have any trouble finding it, please let us know!

Hi Eric, Thank you for working with me on this, as it is really an issue. I am attaching a screenshot of the issue on my end. This is NOT on all of my clients, so I've been trying to troubleshoot. This particular client is on the old UI, on a Ledger subscription. As you can see, there are 5 transactions, but only 4 show and the window does not enlarge. I have to scroll to see the transactions, but can't see all of them at once as in other clients. Hope this helps...
