AI Features and Functionality Changes Not Great For The Super User

It feels like Intuit is building in AI features and changing functionality and workflows to guide less experienced users, but in the process, they’re taking control away from those of us who actually know what we’re doing. It’s like they want us to rely on their “decisions” instead of our own and at times even "own" the entries, such as sales tax liability or payroll entries. If the goal is to drive advanced users away, they’re nailing it. I’ve already started looking for alternatives which is heartbreaking, because I love QuickBooks.

We're also looking at alternatives. I have at least 3 companies switching to NetSuite in the next year. With the QBO subscription increases from these AI "improvements" and QBES being ridiculously expensive, it's making it easier for those companies on the fence to make the decision on finally implementing an ERP. I'm still looking at alternatives for the little guys.
